This workshop provided a great
opportunity to network with subject
matter experts in different fields
of IT. Speakers helped attendees
build their resumes and held Q&A
sessions.
Launch Dinner
On Saturday
January 26th, AMAP held
its first dinner event at ADAMS
Center in Sterling, Virginia.
AMAP is pleased to announce
that it was a great success.
The event was attended by
more than 250 professionals from the
Muslim community in Northern
Virginia and beyond.
The event opened with Quran
recitation led by Nour Aulabi,
followed by statements from keynote
speakers Rizwan Jaka, Manager,
Technology Sales Consulting, Oracle
Corporation and Sulaiman Jalloh
IT Consultant/Technical Trainer who
highlighted the importance of
professionalism and community
involvement as integral parts of the
Muslim identity and values. The
floor was then opened for
networking.
Congratulations
to the AMAP organizing committee,
the ADAMS family, and the Muslim
community in Northern Virginia for a
wonderful event.
The turnout was very
encouraging and the atmosphere was
fantastic.
